A Houston man may have captured a woman’s ghost on the grand staircase of the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, CO.
Henry Yau snapped the photo during a ghost tour of the hotel in early April. He didn’t see the ghost at the time of the tour. When he reviewed the pictures, he saw the possible ghost. No one else in his group had a similar image.
Yau posted the image to his Instagram account (@ares415), where it went viral. News stations in Houston and Denver picked up the image and asked paranormal experts in their cities to verify the image. One expert, Kevin Sampron of Denver, did say the image looks valid, and there is a second ghost in the picture. It appears to be a child to the left of the woman’s ghost.
Ghostly Activities also examined the photo and we agree that it’s a legitimate ghost photo.
You can watch the Stanley Hotel ghost critique with Sampron from 9News in Denver through KHOU, a local news station in Houston, TX.
