A TV production company looks for people to tell their ghostly tales for a new cable show. Get details after the jump.
Stephanie Lewis, a casting director, contacted us about a new show, focused on personal experiences with long-term hauntings. Please read the info below about the premise and what they’re looking for. I believe the production company is Hit+Run Creative.
“We are looking to delve into the hauntingly true stories of people who have come in contact with the unknown. Unlike other paranormal shows, we won’t be investigating a haunting – we want real stories, from real people about a substantial event or series of events centered around something you truly can’t explain.
Do you believe your home is haunted or that a ghost has been following you for years? Do you see the same ghostly figure over and over, or do objects move around your home when no one is there? Do you believe you’ve been abducted, have you seen strange lights in the sky or come in contact with something unearthly? Do memories of a strange or mythical creature in the woods, or alone on the side of a dark road keep you up at night?
This show aims to deliver very personal stories, and is designed to have our interviewees unravel their stories on camera in their own words. Our storytelling goal is to be personal and authentic in order to deliver a first-person narrative of your experience without actor recreations or unnecessary gimmicks.
If you have a story to share, please email us at ParanormalCasting2018@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your name, age, location, and contact information.
**The stories told on our how will carry through a 30-minute episode so these must be substantial experiences. Seeing a shadow or a door closing once will not work for our series. We are looking for a haunting/abduction that has lasted days, weeks, or even years.”
If you’re interested, please contact the casting director at the Gmail address above. Good luck!
